Children come in various hues ,yet each child is special. Each child is a promise. But an essential factor in child education is 'motivation'. Hence, the true rewards I consider are in witnessing the metamorphosis of our students when some excel in sports and some in academics. These are rewards which may not be tangible yet they are priceless.

Our prime concern is to come out of the stifling conventional mould of imparting education because education is what education is what survives when what has been learned is forgotten.
